Mother's Day: May 11th, 2015
Dear Family and Friends,
This week was great. Just great.
Tuesday I went on exchanges with one of my best friends ever, Elder Smedley. He braved KCK craziness and Spanish appointments all day and we had a wonderful time being white together.
Thursday I woke up sick with stomach problems and made "Poop Soup" for a couple of days.
Saturday we had a Mother's Day Celebration at the church house for the Great Kaw River Ward. So much fun. So many latinos. The best part was the pinata and seeing all of the mothers attack it and almost kill all the little children running around waiting for candy.

Sunday we had a family that we contacted through a referral from church headquarters come to church. They actually came! Elder Gomez asked me how many times that's happened on my mission and I couldn't tell him never because I was too shocked.
Sorry I don't have much time, but I sure do love you all! Mucho amor! Especially to all the Moms out there!
