Prison Apartment‏

Prison Apartment‏: January 26th, 2015

Hey Family and Friends,
Hope you had a great week! Things are still low-key for Elder Enamorado and me here in Kansas City. Again, we spent the majority of the week incarcerated in our apartment, with freedom being bought at the price of doing exchanges with the other missionaries in the surrounding areas. It was liberating to be out and about doing good for the Lord and serving others. Elder Maaelopa--from Samoa--went with me Thursday and I about died from laughter. His accent and the sheer deepness of his voice made everything he say either very profound or absolutely ridiculous. "Elder Hart, why are there so many black people here? I love black people. (Then he began to count the people) Black, black, black, white, black, Mexican, black...." Foreign missionaries, right?
I love the Kaw River Ward, the members are taking good care of us and we have heaps of team ups planned for the upcoming week so we can get do work. Hope things are going well in your neck of the woods.

Mucho amor,

Elder Beau Hart
